Who operates this site

This site is not the seller

We are an independent guide. We do not sell, arrange or carry out travel services, and we are not a package travel organiser within the meaning of §651a BGB.

Trips are sold and operated by our partner tour operator in Egypt. Their booking conditions govern your trip, not these terms, and your contract is with them. They will give you those conditions before you are asked to commit to anything.

Prices and availability

Prices shown on this site are indicative starting prices per person in euros, based on two people sharing, and exclude international flights unless a page says otherwise.

They are not an offer and nothing on this site is binding. A price becomes firm only in a written quote from the operator, for your dates and your party.

Indicative prices can change with the season, the exchange rate, hotel and boat availability, the size of your group and how far ahead you book.

Accuracy

We check the guidance on this site and correct what we get wrong, but itineraries, opening hours, prices and entry requirements change, sometimes at short notice.

Anything that affects whether you can travel — visas, entry rules, health requirements, security advice — must be confirmed against your own government and the official Egyptian sources we link to. Our summary is never the authority on those.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage arising from injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. Otherwise we are liable only for intent and gross negligence, and for slight negligence only where a material contractual obligation is breached, limited to the foreseeable damage typical of this kind of agreement.

We are not liable for the performance of the tour operator or of any other supplier of travel services.

Applicable law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live.
