You tell us roughly how long you have and what you want to see. We write a route with prices, you change whatever you like, and nothing is booked until you are happy with it.
Is it more expensive than a set itinerary?+
Not necessarily. A private trip costs more per person than a group departure, but building the route around your dates often removes nights and transfers you would otherwise pay for.
How far ahead should we start?+
Three to six months for October to April travel. Good guides and the better Nile boats book up early, particularly over Christmas and New Year.
Can you handle mobility requirements?+
Yes, and it is one of the better reasons to go private. Some tombs involve steep steps and uneven floors, and a route can be built to avoid the worst of them.
